Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in new, sellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that custom jerseys, sharpened skates, and protective undergarments are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return, or bring your gear directly to our Edmonton retail location for an immediate exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided prepaid shipping label. If you are shipping independently, we recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
